Trimley Toes Reflexology: I’ve had a wonderful day doing Reflexology in the Pretyman room at Trimley Welcome Hall. Feeling blessed to be surrounded by such lovely people . It was so peaceful and calm, with the sun flooding in through the window, gentle music and the aroma of essential oils. A little piece of heaven.

Sound Bath: last thursday of the month . 

This picture beautifully captures the serene atmosphere of last nights sound bathing session in Trimley, Felixstowe.

The dim lighting and soft glow from the candles create a calming ambiance, inviting everyone to relax and let go.

Each participant is deeply engaged in their own journey, fostering a sense of peace and tranquility in this space.

Pretyman Room user:It was an overwhelming positive response from our circle.  We loved it.  From the warmth of the room to the available toilet.  We always bring our own water but knowing we can make drinks is fab.

I hire this hall for a Baby & Toddler group and its great!

nice and clean, easy to access, well lit and its warm in winter plus cool in summer!

The ONLY negative I have is the lack of off road parking but that can't be helped and luckily there are no roadside restrictions nearby! (I only say this for info rather than a complaint!)
