Hi, my name is Nicky and I am a registered nurse and Reflexologist. I am starting my Reflexology practice at the Pretyman Room in the Welcome Hall. I will be there on Mondays starting 31/03/2025.

Reflexology is an ancient art whereby the reflexes in the feet are stimulated . They correspond to organs and systems in the body and through massage these areas can be stimulated or calmed. This can have positive affects on our wellbeing. It brings calmness, relaxation and balance to our mind , body and spirit. It is a wonderful thing and can bring peace and healing to our stressful lives.

You can experience this at the introductory price of £35 for the first session ,and £40 thereafter.
